Tender description

This work is being commissioned under the FSA’s Food Hypersensitivity programme. The programme aims to improve the quality of life for people living with food hypersensitivities and support them to make safe and informed choices to effectively manage risk. As part of our Food Hypersensitivity Programme of work, the FSA is considering options to help consumers with food hypersensitivities make decisions when purchasing non-prepacked food and prepacked for direct sale food. The aim of this work is to further develop and design eight identified options for delivery of a food allergy safety scheme and to understand how each option might be delivered.
