<p>The Council are looking for a contractor that can accept the two separate streams of the Contract Waste (food and garden). This includes the Council being able to tip at a facility that the contractor has made available to the Council and that is within a 45 minute driving distance at all times of the day using its RCVs.</p> Keywords: Organic Food waste , Food and Garden waste
