<p>East Cambridgeshire District Council is seeking to award a contract for three years in respect of electoral registration printing and election materials printing: such as CCA forms, CCB forms, HEF’s, Poll Cards, Ballot Papers and One-Piece Mailers. This will consist of materials required to conduct the annual canvass for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 and any ad-hoc print runs outside the canvass period:</p> <p>• CCA and CCB initial forms, CCB Reminders, HEF forms for canvass visits</p> <p>• Invitation to Register Forms, 1st and 2nd and final reminders (volume depending)</p> <p>• C5 Outer Envelopes</p> <p>• C5 Business Reply Envelopes</p> <p>• Household Notification Letter – if required</p> Keywords: Printing, Elections
