CON/021 – CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT CURRAN ROAD, LARNE

Tender description

14 Nr. 3P2B CAT1 (Over 55s) Apartments and 2 Nr CAT1 3P2B (Over 55s) Wheelchair Accessible Apartments. The contract period will be determined by the Contractor and a Works Programme will form part of their quality submission. Works are scheduled to commence on site prior to 30th November 2021. The new build scheme must achieve ‘Secured By Design’ and Lifetime Homes accreditation. The current site comprises a vacant hotel and carpark. The scope of the Curran Road project in brief is the demolition of the former Curran Court Hotel, 84 Curran Rd, Larne BT40 1BU and construction of 16 social apartments, plus associated services diversions/installations, and site development works. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Contract Data.
