Please see attached Project Brief & Schedule of Additional Accommodation In summary, the project will comprise: Section A: • 3 x Classrooms 80 m2 each • 2 X SET rooms 15 m2 each • Universal Access Toilet 4.5 m2 • Electrical 2m2 • Circulation area 58.1 m2 • Internal partitions 19.4 m2 Giving a floor area inclcirculation and internal walls of: 353.9 m2 Section B • Two Classroom SEN Base (incl circulation and internal walls)of459.5m2 • Stairs and lift 120 m2 Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A &B (including circulation, internal walls&possible stairs and lift)933m2 Also: • Secure Hard and soft play area 100 m2 • Sensory Garden 100 m2 • 6 parking spaces
