Tender description

Single source Framework let to Siemens Mobility for Central Line signalling asset. Initially to safeguard the system prior to major new system under DTUP in 2030's. DTUP signalling was cancelled (Dec 2019) for CL & replaced with the Incremental Upgrade strategy. This framework provides a portfolio of call off contracts for Signalling, Control (C&I "non vital") and Incremental Upgrade projects.
