Award of PKC11703 - Local Housing Strategy Preparation

Tender description

The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 places a statutory requirement on local authorities to produce a Local Housing Strategy and provide regular progress updates. The Strategy must set out its priorities and plans for the delivery of housing and housing related services over a five-year period. Perth and Kinross Council require to submit a revised Local Housing Strategy during 2022. The Council is keen to revise the approach to this work and there is a requirement to commission assistance in taking forward consultation through online meetings. Ultimately the Council is keen to develop a new style of online and interactive Local Housing Strategy rather than a printed document. There is a requirement to ensure that this Strategy is accessible to all which must be considered in the development of the final document.
