Tender description

• Draft the Detailed Project Development (DPD) Brief for the study using the HNDU template specification shown in Annex 1. • Work with Wirral Procurement Department to procure a suitable DPD consultant • Data gathering and stakeholder engagement, especially in respect of housing and commercial trajectories in the emerging Local Plan • Provide commercial and programme input to ensure the study is delivered to time and programme • Establish appropriate governance for the project, ultimately reporting to the council's Regeneration and Place Board. The established governance structure should identify the project structures and approval processes. It should be compliant with PRINCE2 (or equivalent) and should: o enable key stakeholders to be engaged throughout the development process; o describe the procedure for securing strategic project decisions
