Tender description

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist the MSLETB in evaluating potential solutions for a VoIP solution. MSLETB intends to run a competitive procurement process for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and support of all hardware, software and licences required for a VoIP solution to support all sites within their community. The Request for Information (RFI) is to also: • Inform potential solution providers of our intent to publish a Tender (RFT) during Q4 of 2021 • Seek different methods and approaches for delivery of a VoIP solution to assist in finalising the RFT. • Highlight suitable solution providers who may be interested in applying for the RFT when published. Lot 1: Request for Information (RFI) for VoIP Solution for MSLETB NOT A COMPETITION This RFI is to assist the MSLETB in developing a robust specification for a VoIP solution suited to the requirements of the MSLETB. MSLETB intends to run a competitive procurement process for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and support of all hardware, software & licenses required for a VoIP solution to support all sites within their community.
