Outwood Grange Academies Trust (OGAT) and its Academies is looking to create a successful partnership with a Provider/ Providers who can offer a Web Hosted Booking System and/or a fully managed lettings provision to operate and manage external lettings of the Trust’s facilities. This framework will ensure the maximization of utilisation, community engagement and income generation for the Trust. Lot Lot 1: Web hosted booking system To provide an online web hosted booking system to allow the Trust to manage their lettings booking. This booking system will include online text search, managing online enquiries, bookings, payments, invoicing and reporting. Lot Lot 2: Fully Managed Lettings Provision The Trust is looking to create a successful partnership with a Provider/ Providers who can offer a fully managed lettings provision to operate and manage external lettings of the Trust’s facilities.
