T0128 Generation of a predictive methodology for classifying agricultural land value

Tender description

Project will identify a new approach to identifying agricultural land value at an earlier project stage to enable better integration into design and business case. This will allow for cost and programme savings to be realised by allowing better targeting of surveys. There will also be a greater environmental benefit as a higher quality of information will be available earlier in a project life, allowing for greater influence on project design.
