Tender description

The Council has a contract with a provider to provide care and support within an extra care scheme in WF, Baytree Court. The Social Housing landlord for this scheme is L&Q and the Council does not have any contractual arrangements in place with this landlord in relation to this scheme. This scheme has 4 step down beds and in order to make use of these 4 step down beds ASC would need to pay the rent and associated costs to this landlord, effectively taking on the tenancy of these 4 steps down beds and for ASC to then enter into a license agreement with those residents who are placed in these step-down beds
