Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking expressions of interest from provider organisations to assume responsibility for the provision of accommodation, provisions, personal care, support and/or nursing services at Singleton Park Care Home under the National Care Home Contract. The documents which accompany this notice detail the requirements and expressions of interest should be submitted in response to this notice. Lot 1: As per the documents which accompany this notice, Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking expressions of interest from care home businesses to assume responsibility for the provision of accommodation, provisions, personal care, support and/or nursing services at Singleton Park Care Home under the National Care Home Contract. A Condition Survey has been carried out for the building and information/schedules of the survey can be provided to any genuine interested party (the link to access these documents can be requested from Rebecca.Scott3@dumgal.gov.uk) . The following is still underway and will be available in due course: Legionella – risk assessment and management plan being prepared – there may be work to do on completion of the survey work Asbestos – risk assessment/management survey and management plan being prepared – there may be work to do on completion of the survey work Fire Alarm – survey and service of existing system being carried out – there may be work to do on completion of the survey work and we will undertake this work Emergency lights - survey and service of existing system being carried out – there may be work to do on completion of the survey work and we will undertake this work Scottish Fire and Rescue Service Audit – we are currently undertaking the works identified in this Minor external works – we are undertaking this work COSHH – risk assessment being carried out – there may be work to do on completion of the risk assessment. The purpose of this notice is for prior information and those who submit an expression of interest will be invited to the competitive tender exercise following the deadline of this notice.
