RFI0016 - PROVISION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR NavyX

Tender description

NavyX is one of several accelerators within a Technology and Innovation ecosystem and part of the Navy Command DEVELOP function which manages the Royal Navy's future capability requirements. Covering scouting, research and ideation through to solution engineering and scaling in an accelerated environment, NavyX delivers new and disruptive capabilities to maintain military advantage. One of our challenges is to identify the specific problems that must be solved, the answers to which are hidden in legacy verbal or text reporting processes. RFI intended outcomes This RFI aims to achieve 2 outcomes: 1) Identify available AI capabilities such as Natural Language Processing to capture and analyse mass text and speech. 2) Obtain a brief, written overview of how the capability could be applied to the identification of lessons, common themes and trends as well as the analysis of problems.
