Fife Council is engaging with the market to explore our options, prior to undertaking formal Procurement, for the provision of a Gas and Electrical Compliance Document Management System (CDMS) for Council Properties to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Scottish Housing Regulator. Fife Council requires both gas and electrical information to be stored, as well as providing full functionality required for full analysis and management of gas and electrical certificates. This system is required to hold all gas and electrical asset information and asset condition in one place for all Fife Council housing properties. What is it that Fife Council are looking for? A single document management solution capable of and ensuring compliance for all asset gas and electrical inspection/testing at Fife Council properties. The system required must hold all gas and electrical asset information and provide functionality for intelligent analysis of all regulatory compliance requirements. What should it look and feel like? We are looking for a product that is flexible, configurable, and high performing, with a clean modern interface. It must be intuitive, simple to use and easy to navigate with minimal training required. It must be easily accessible to all users simultaneously.
