Client to define project requirements. Typical things you should include within this are: a clear scope, any key objectives and any project outcomes. Please also provide details of key dates the design team need to be aware of. Having completed initial design to RIBA stage 3 concept design stage and now confirmed outstanding design/compliance information, there is now a requirement to develop this project to a RIBA stage 4 detailed design. Works to include: · Review and consolidate existing design principles – Option 1. · Bring in a contractor/consultant to assist on technical design and planning phasing of works. · Develop the design to RIBA stage 4 – Detailed design + full set of tender drawings · Final design to be fully costed · Project will not be tendered this financial year, woks planned 2023/24 Anticipated date of commencement of services: May 2021 Completion of Services: end November 2021
