Preliminary Market Engagement for Property Asset Management System

Wolverhampton City Council are currently looking for an Asset Data Management solution which will enable the City Assets team to effectively manage the existing and future property portfolio, both operationally and commercially and ensure the successful and continued maintenance of the same. The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, to establish how the Council can manage the City Assets property data and maintenance activities efficiently on one system that allows matters to be dealt with quickly and confidently and can integrate with both existing Council systems alongside future adaptability. It will provide flexible functionality to accommodate both current and future service needs and provide optimal performance to accommodate current flexible working policies / multiple software users.
