Orkney COB -FMR Works-Replace cracked glass in front door-External painted throughout including windowsills, sofits, ceilings and skirting boards see spec for paint details-Fences, Chain mail fence and wooden fence on both sides of car park need repaired-Fit lock and key box to garage entrance door ( 2nd door)-Internal painted throughout including windowsills, sofits, ceilings and skirting boards see spec for paint details-Flowcrete garage floor-Remove belfast sink and replace with larger stainless-steelsink in lower downstairs to create drainage-Replace panel in gents toilet under sink-Seal splash back in ladies shower unit -Remove disable chair lift from stairs -Install 2 x automatic cable reel -see spec -Install keypad on Garage fire exit door-Shorten work bench add support after shortening ensure it fits under urgent sign-Install banks of double electric sockets under windows above desk height-Add 3 double sockets along left hand side wall-Remove electric door entrance box and make good-Remove old heater and replace with new-Additional lighting option in carpark very dark potential health and safety risk-Prelims-Travel cost
