Tender description

The Customer requires external legal support to complement the Defra group Commercial ("DgC") team and the Government Legal Department ("GLD") in delivering replacement Unified Communication Services ("Project Mercury") via a procurement to be run as a Further Competition under the Crown Commercial Service ("CCS") Network Services 2 framework agreement (RM3808). The Supplier shall provide advice and/or drafting on any aspects relevant to the procurement and implementation of the replacement services as and when required. The contract commenced on 1 April 2021 and will end on completion of the services and, in any event, by the longstop date of 31 March 2023. Estimated fees range £70k to £95k excluding VAT.
