Mental Health Supported Housing Service (Medium Support) - Landcroft

NHS South East London CCG is seeking to commission Mental Health High Support Services support for up to a maximum of 3 Services Users with enduring mental health needs. A key aim of this service will be to support residents with a range of needs to live as independently as possible, developing the skills necessary to move on to lower support accommodation or independent living. The service will develop intervention strategies in conjunction with other relevant health and social care agencies that help Service Users to achieve optimum functioning and independence within the context of their mental health needs to support move on. The service will use a range of methods for delivering the service to maximise coverage and capacity and to meet people's needs in a personalised way. The Contract is going to be for 1 year. The Contract is expected to commence on 1st March 2022. This is a call for competition. To participate in the procurement exercise, potential bidders will need to register their organisation on our e-tendering portal (if you are not already registered on the e-tendering portal) (https://proContract.due-north.com/register) and express their interest by completing the attached Expression of Interest questionnaire. Your expression of interest will be treated as incomplete should you fail to submit a duly completed expression of interest questionnaire. In the event the NHS SEL CCG receives only one expression of interest by the above deadline, the NHS SEL CCG reserves the right to enter into direct negotiations with that supplier to award a contract.
