As part of the Scottish Borders Council’s Framework Agreement for the provision of Sub-contractor services, this award notice relates to the additional lot 32 – Traffic Management Traffic Management works which may consist of but are not limited to: Local Authority Maintenance Works Public Highways Trunk Roads Private Roads Including Traffic Light Set up & hire Stop/Go Convoying Road Closures Qualifications required - CSCS Cards, NPORS, or Equivalent Sector 12D HGV Licences, CPC Specifications MCHW – Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works – (most specifically Volume 1 – Specification for Highway Works) The above list is indicative to specifications which SBc Contracts regularly work to, however these are not limited to the ones listed and Contractors will be expected to work to the specification which is relevant to each individual Contract which will be advised on order of works.
