London Wall West - Visualisation Specialist

Tender description

The City of London wish to obtain planning consent for the redevelopment of the site on London Wall that is currently occupied by Bastion House and the Museum of London. The consultant's role in this project will include advising the team on Visualisation matters in order to achieve the best possible design solution which will form the basis of an application for Planning Permission for submission to the City of London Corporation. The role will include attending workshops with the Project and Design team and the Local Planning Authority, in addition to preparing illustrated supporting material for pre-application meetings during the design development, which will later support an application for Planning Permission. These proposals may be required as part of the Environmental Statement, in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017.
