Job Evaluation Saundersfoot Community Council employ two members of staff. The two roles of Clerk and Handy Person have not been formally evaluated and it is necessary in order to reflect current work undertaken and ensure a transparent and fair process has been applied. It is anticipated that this will ensure the relative worth of each of the roles is determined in order to serve as a basis for developing an equitable salary structure. This evaluation will then form the basis of annual development reviews. It is anticipated the outcome will be fair levels pay for each job to be set which are not based on subjective evaluation of the person doing each job but rather than on the actual demands and responsibilities of the job itself.
