Tender description

The Authority is looking for suppliers to investigate Statistical Defensible Sampling Capability – Identification of methods to overcome sample plan limitations. The requirement of the investigation is to: • obtain a full understanding of the limitations of the statistical sampling software available when large area sample plans are necessary, particularly in respect to the statistical equations and algorithms used • Develop methods and/or options for addressing identified limitations • Improve and validate Defra’s statistically defensible sample plan development capability
