ETE067 - Supply of Coated Roadstone Materials

Tender description

<p>This framework contract is for the supply of coated roadstone materials to Derbyshire County Council primarily for use by the Highways Maintenance and Property Departments, (excluding Derby City) for delivery to depots or sites and for collections, from appointed suppliers, commencing 1st January 2022 for a period of four years. The call-off contract to this framework will initially be for two years with a possible two further extensions of one year up to a maximum of 4 years (2+1+1 year). The extension periods are subject to satisfactory performance. The total value of the framework contract will be approximately &pound;2,000,000 (Two Million Pounds) over the 4 year period under the framework agreement. This framework has 7 separate lots, please see Appendix G for the lot areas Lot 1 &ndash; DN1 &ndash; including Chapel-en-le-Frith Depot (SK23 0PQ) Lot 2 &ndash; DN2 Lot 3 &ndash; DN3 - including Stonegravels Depot, Chesterfield (S41 7LG) Lot 4 &ndash; DS1 &ndash; including Darley Dale Depot (DE4 2EQ) Lot 5 &ndash; DS2 &ndash; including Duffield Depot (DE56 4FL) Lot 6 &ndash; DS3 &ndash; including Willington Depot (DE65 6BT) Lot 7 &ndash; Ex Works This framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 4 suppliers per lot for Lot 1 to Lot 6 and for Lot 7 a maximum of six suppliers. The Council does not bind itself to contractual commitments to purchase off this contract with any or each supplier on this framework.
