REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The BBC does not currently have a dedicated enterprise platform for internal communications and engagement. As we move into a new era for the organisation, with the progression of the Value for All plan, the new Internal Communications & Engagement (IC&E) Strategy and the work to rationalise our brand, the need for a dedicated internal communications platform able to operate across multiple environments is greater than ever. In order to achieve the objectives set out in the IC&E Strategy, the business requires a platform which is able to operate across, and join up, browser, mobile, email and desktop.
