Tender description

1.1 The Authority is looking for suppliers to Develop an evidenced based framework for nutrient neutrality mitigation solutions. The objective of this project is to develop guidance and/or tools based on the best available evidence which can enable Natural England staff to adequately and appropriately comment on a range of nutrient neutrality mitigation proposals. The project is in three parts: 1.Reviewing and collating the evidence around the nutrient exports from semi natural habitats and the effectiveness of habitat restoration in reducing nutrients exports. 2.Develop a framework approach for how to assess the effectiveness of habitat restoration mitigation proposals. 3.Development of a nutrient mitigation look up tool.
