Datawell Waverider Spares, and Calibration & Maintenance Services to the Marine Institute

Tender description

The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders under an open procedure with the objective of putting a Single Supplier Framework Agreement in place for the supply of Datawell Waverider Spares, and Calibration & Maintenance Services in support of monitoring activities in Irish waters, subject to a 4 year maximum term from September 2021 to September 2025. At present a requirement exists for the supply of spares/consumables to ensure the continued operation of the Marine Institutes waverider fleet. There is also a requirement for each waverider buoy to be calibrated every 3-4 years. Every year the buoy and mooring at each deployment location is replaced by a freshly serviced and tested system. The existing system is recovered and brought back to base for service and recycling. This ITT is issued as 1 lot which interested parties are invited to respond to. This is an Open Invitation to Tender with any manufacturers and / or resellers invited to respond for inclusion in a Single Supplier Framework Agreement that the Institute will draw from for the supply of Datawell Waverider Spares, and Calibration & Maintenance Services from September 2021 to September 2025.
