Tender description

The Framework Agreement is for the supply of Patient Dry Wipes for use on patient skin, all products must be suitable for use in the healthcare and healthcare-related environment. The Framework Agreement will have an initial term of 36 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months. It is anticipated that in the first 36 months of the Framework Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of £18, 000,000 GBP Exc VAT. For the full 48 month term (if extended) the anticipated value is £24,000,000 GBP Exc VAT. Further estimated values in respect of each of the Lots is set out below. These values are approximate only and are based on the most recent historical usage information, with a forecasted level of growth.
