Consultation for Wormwood Scrubs open space

Tender description

Hammersmith and Fulham council, in conjunction with Wormwood Scrubs Charitable Trust, is tendering for a consultant to develop and implement a community consultation and engagement strategy, which will develop an overall vision for the site and inform the design of a Biodiversity Masterplan for Wormwood Scrubs. The community engagement strategy should fully engage residents, to develop a vision for Wormwood Scrubs, using co- production or co-design principles to ensure wide community ownership of this project. The consultant must have a considerable depth of experience in community engagement and should also be familiar with the masterplanning process in relation to ecological enhancement projects. For the avoidance of doubt, the production of a Biodiversity Masterplan for Wormwood Scrubs is outside the scope of this commission. Outputs for the commission will include a vision document for Wormwood Scrubs; a report which can be used by the designers of a Biodiversity Masterplan for the site; and a final report to the client which provides a record of the commission.
