Bedford Borough Council requires the delivery and co-ordination of the following: o Term-time English Language classes for the adults under its UKRS (United Kingdom Resettlement Scheme) o An English Language themed Children's holiday club for primary school-aged children under Bedford Borough Council's UKRS.
