Hywel Dda University Health board has awarded a tender requirement for The Supply and Installation of proposed second phase of re-roofing of Bro Cerwyn day hospital flat roof. Proposed works, work to include: PART 1 REPLACEMENT OF 25 ROOF LIGHTS Item 1 – 5nr Link @4,250 x 600 (description below) Comprising 2 modules at 2125mm each with standard dual colour frame (grey RAL 7016 exterior, white RAL 9010 interior) Glazed with a single glass pane per module, clear glass, comprising 6mm toughened outer, 16mm argon filled cavity, 9.5mm laminated inner, centre pane U-value 1.1W\m2K, all modules fixed. Module weight 70kg each. Item 2 – 1nr Link @ 12,600 x 990 (description below) Comprising 5 modules at 2510mm each with standard dual colour frame (grey RAL 7016 exterior, white RAL 9010 interior) Glazed with a single glass pane per module, clear glass, comprising 6mm toughened outer, 16mm argon filled cavity, 9.5mm laminated inner, centre pane U-value 1.1W\m2K, all modules fixed. Module with 118kg each. Item 3 – 1nr 1800x1200mm Triple Skin Trade Poly with 150mm kerb Item 4 – 15nr 1200x1200mm Triple Skin Reflex with 100mm flange onto new upstand Item 5 – 2nr 1800x1200mm Triple Skin Reflex with 100mm flange onto new upstand Item 6 – 1nr 1200x1200mm Triple Skin Trade Poly with 150mm kerb Suggested supplier Rubberseal, if different you will be required to state manufacturers specification and supply their full warranty. PART 2 - Installation of a liquid roof overlay system onto existing mineral felt substrate, using the high performance Liquiflex-Pro® roofing system.
