Tender description

The University of Stirling is seeking tenders to supply 15 low-cost automatic chambers to measure CO2 fluxes at peatland restoration sites in the Forth Valley, Scotland. The chambers will form part of Forth-ERA, a multimillion-pound flagship investment in a new digital environmental observatory being developed in the Firth of Forth catchment. Forth-ERA will be the first observatory of its type in the UK, providing real-time data from sensors, satellites, and models to transform how we monitor and manage our environment. The University are working in partnership with numerous national and regional stakeholders to co-develop the observatory to maximize opportunities to use the platform to support the operational needs of public, private and charitable organizations while also providing a testbed for technological innovation.
