<p>Middlesbrough Council are currently examining the market to establish its capacity to deliver day opportunities to a very complex cohort of people with autism and or learning disabilities. This will encompass people who have: &bull; High level autism support needs &bull; May be non-verbal, most &bull; Have sensory and complex behaviours that challenge &bull; May include people who have a forensic history. We also understand the complexity of people coming through transitions will be a challenge for services to manage moving forward. To support this, we would like to gain information from the market regarding current services, future provision opportunities and threats to any potential procurement.
