Tender description

The Borough of North Tyneside wishes to appoint a specialist supplier to provide and manage the setting up, implementation and operation of a pay by phone parking service. The service is to allow members of the public to be able to pay by phone for parking time, and for this payment to be verified through enforcement equipment (either by phone or other handheld device) by enforcement officers. The Authority therefore seek tenders from organisations that meet this specification, and the terms of the contract.
