Tender description
Waterford City & County Council invites suitably qualified companies to tender for an initial one year contract, with the option, at the sole discretion of the awarding authority, to extend for a further two periods of one year each (max 3 years total), for the provision of a Festival Director who will be responsible for Event Programming and Festival Management Services and Sponsorship Management for the Winterval Christmas Festival and the Waterford Harvest Festival starting with the 2021 events.
