Tender description

WIT wishes to appoint a company to supply and deliver maintenance and remedial works/replacement of automatic doors, automatic gates, steel doors and emergency exit doors to the Institute. Tenders are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and quality suppliers for the supply of these goods to WIT for a three year period in accordance with the attached specifications. The contract will be subject to a an annual review during its duration and may be renewed for a further 12 month period or re-advertised at the discretion of WIT. Please refer to section F, Specification and Scope of requirements. The Institute has a multi-campus structure with five sites clustered within a five kilometre radius of the main campus: • Main Campus, Cork Road Campus, Waterford • Applied Technology Campus, IDA Industrial Estate, Waterford • College Street Campus, Manor Street, Waterford. • West Campus, Carriganore (excluding WIT Arena) • Department of Architecture, The Granary, Hanover Street, The Quay, Waterford The Institute also has a campus in Kilkenny based at: • Burrell Hall, St Kieran’s College, Kilkenny
