Record created due to Salesforce Migration. Software Contract for Tensor Software, which is an estimating package, used by Engineers in Highways SF Ref: 00000830, for procurement exercises in regards to small building works specifications, issuing competitive tenders, and providing return analysis as per the Highways and Associated Works Framework 2013-2017. Also used by Transport for similar purposes relating to the delivery of Traffic Calming and Neighbourhood Partnership works. This instance of the software is of bespoke development. BCC do not own or have access to the source code (new code required in regard to Framework changes is chargeable by the software vendor). Support includes; Basic Telephonic, Email & Postal Support (Mon-Fri 10am-5pm). 12 x User Licenses (non-exclusive).
