Provision of a Contract Management System

Tender description

The Authority has a requirement for a cloud-based Contract Management System as further described in the attached tender documents. The system will facilitate the creation of a contract database register, while also capturing any relevant information and documentation relating to contracts to enable effective and efficient supplier and contract management. The system will give an oversight of all contract activity and will enable full reporting capability. System functionality and related services required under the contract should include email alerting on events, procurement reporting on live tender competitions, contract reporting, a supplier database, relevant status dashboards, multi-user access based on hierarchical levels, migration of data, an audit trail and cost capture functionality.
