Tender description

Description: Plant room upgrading works project to the west and east plant rooms including the following: - Removal of the existing cold water storage tank - Replacement of the cold water storage tank in a modern equivalent with a reduced capacity - Adjustments to all pipework, valves etc. - Removal and infilling of the north access doors to the north elevation of both plant rooms - Removal of all redundant steel and concrete beams / plinths supporting the existing plant - Repairs and sealant treatment to the existing mastic asphalt waterproofing treatment to the existing concrete floor slab - Provision of new pipe bridges and walkways - Upgrading of lighting and emergency lighting throughout - Re-painting of all previously painted surfaces - Removal and disposal of all redundant materials from the plant rooms - Replacement of the dilapidated doors and windows in powder coated modern equivalents
