NU/1632 The Provision of External Audit Services (UK Subsidiary Companies and the University of Newcastle upon Tyne Development Trust)

Tender description

The University and Development Trust wish to appoint external auditors as detailed below. You are invited to bid for one or both Lots and no inference will be drawn from whether you choose to bid for one of both Lots. Lot 1: Statutory audit of the University's UK subsidiary companies The main contact within the University for the subsidiary companies will be the Executive Director of Finance through whom arrangements will be made for the conduct of the audit and with whom issues arising from the audit will be cleared. All subsidiary companies have a 31st July year end. Lot 2: Statutory audit of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne Development Trust The main contact within the Development Trust will be the Trust Treasurer through whom arrangements will be made for the conduct of the audit and with whom issues arising from the audit will be cleared. The Trust has a 31st March year end.
