North Ayrshire Council requires the renewal of its Autodesk contracts prior to their expiry. The renewals will also include a switch from multi-user to named user licenses as per Autodesk’s new licensing requirements. The Autodesk software renewals are for two Autodesk contracts as detailed below: Autodesk Contract Number 110001706014 contains: 10no. AEC Collections – multi-user seats (renew and switch to named user) Autodesk Contract Number 110002035282 contains: 7no. AutoCAD LT – named user seats (renewal only), and 7no. AEC Collections – multi-user seats (renew and switch to named user) Both Autodesk contracts expire on 3 February 2021. The new contracts must commence on 4 February 2021. Bidders must be knowledgeable in Building Information Modelling (BIM) Regulations. Bidders must be authorised Autodesk Partners/Re-sellers. The contract duration is for three years with the successful bidder providing access to the latest versions.
