<p>Important information - PLEASE READ</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The deadline for submitting your response to this contract opportunity is 1 March 2021 at 14:00.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>BCP Council is offering the opportunity for an Operator to provide a mobile catering offer at Baiter Recreation Ground, off Catalina Drive, Poole, Dorset BH15 1TQ.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Site includes a space for one catering vehicle and a patio for four tables each with four chairs or four picnic tables, each with two benches. Tables, chairs, picnic tables or benches are to be provided by the Operator.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The catering offer should be provided from a good-looking, self-contained, branded vehicle. It should be kept and maintained in a neat and tidy condition, properly taxed and insured.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A licence is offered to an Operator to site one mobile catering kiosk for the retail sale of hot and cold food, coffee, tea, view-cards, minerals, sweets, light refreshments and ice cream only and no other items. A selection of healthy food options should be available as part of the menu offer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The contract will be for an initial two-year licence with an option to extend for an additional one year if both parties are in agreement. Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for three years.
