Tender description

Local Area Network Services including S & M LAN Tender Scope – The selected supplier will be responsible for; -Support, to an agreed SLA, of the Council's Core Switches; -Support, to an agreed SLA, of the Council's Identity Engines; -Phone and third line support of the Council’s Wireless Orchestration System; -Provision of wireless Cloud IQ cloud management system; -Phone based support and third line support of the Council's Access Switches; -Phone based and third line support of the Council's (Wireless) Access Points; -Supply of any further network equipment, as required, during the contract term – this includes equipment from Avaya / Extreme and other manufacturers; -Supply of software and security patches for all equipment; -Processing of lifetime warranty claims; -LAN consultancy services, as required.
