Evaluation of the Living Well Website - the aim of the evaluation is to : To demonstrate whether or not the Living Well website contributes towards individual health behaviour change and/or improved confidence to improve health and wellbeing; To identify what information and/or features in the Living Well website are valued by service users and how they have contributed to health and wellbeing; To identify what users would like to see within a website to improve different aspects of their health and wellbeing, to inform further developments of the system ; To understand and model against what behaviour change techniques or mechanisms the website contributes towards and identify gaps
