Development of a circa. 43km national Blueway/Greenway between Limerick City Centre and Scarriff Town. A multi-disciplinary Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) with engineering and other specialist consultancy services, consisting of all services and deliverables for the delivery of this Project through Phases 1 Concept and Feasibility and Phase 2 Option Selection of the current edition of Transport Infrastructure Ireland's Project Management Guidelines (TII PMG) (PE-PMG-02041), and all associated documents including, but not limited to the following non- exhaustive list of services.
