Tender description

Essex County Council currently has provision in place to provide Leadership and Management development solutions through a framework agreement, which is due to terminate in July 2021, and are looking to the market to develop its requirements to implement a new contractual arrangement which will replace this and provide development solutions aligned to the current and future corporate strategies. It is envisaged that a new Framework Agreement will be created based on a selection of Lots, yet to be identified, with the possibility of selecting a number of providers to each Lot. A questionnaire has been created for service providers to complete as part of this early market engagement. The responses will be used to inform ECC's requirements before the issue of a tender. A copy of the questionnaire and supporting presentation can be obtained by e-mail from stacey.sitton@essex.gov.uk. Additional information: Responses should be submitted to the e-mail address provided no later than 12:00 (noon) Friday 12th February. Please note that responses should be in Word format as we will be collating responses and the use of PDF files inhibits this process.
