Tender description

The proposed works comprise the following: - 186 sqm visitor's centre extension. - 98 sqm café extension. - Refurbishment of existing national famine museum and café. - Extension and refurbishment of stables building for an events facility. - Probable M&E upgrade works to Strokestown Park House itself. - Site services and landscape works. NOTE: The Contracting Authority has appointed a single-point-design-team (SPDT) to develop the design stages of the project through to the completion of CWMF DT Stage (iii) Tender Stage. The SPDT (excluding the QS and ER) will be Novated to the Main Contractor on the appointment of the Main Contractor as part of a Design and Build form of contract PW-CF2. The SPDT is led by: Axo Architects, Ellison Street, Castlebar, County Mayo - F23 TH73.
