Mayo County Council now wishes to engage the services of an engineering design consultant to lead a multidisciplinary design team comprising Structural & Civil Engineers, M&E Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, PSDP & Assigned Certifier. The consultancy will be required to develop the Keem Skywalk and Sculpture project to completion, including design, detail design, bringing the proposals through the planning process to planning approval, preparation of a detailed construction package, procurement of the construction team, management of the construction contract and certification of the works.
