EARLS BARTON PRIMARY SCHOOL 3FE EXTENSION - APPOINTMENT OF MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS

<p>Northamptonshire County Council (the &lsquo;Authority&rsquo;) invites quotations for the appointment of Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers to work with the Architect/Principal Designer in order to undertake a comprehensive feasibility study of the site with the view to joining the two buildings providing classroom/teaching space to support a future PAN of 90 pupils (3FE). The feasibility is to include for the removal of the existing two mobiles on site. - Current parking compromises the pupil safety. An alternate option is required as part of the feasibility. - The outline construction budget is circa &pound;1.5 million and progression of work will be subject to affordability following completion of the feasibility study and Client approval to proceed. - Subject to progression - provide all Mechanical and Electrical design services as detailed within/or similar to the RIBA Plan of Works Stages 3 &ndash; 7 and attachment Duties of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services documentation.</p> Keywords: Earls Barton Primary School
